This Sept. 18, 2019, booking photo released by the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office shows Ed Kramer, a co-founder of Dragon Con. Kramer was indicted Oct. 9 on a charge of sexual exploitation of children. The indictment says Kramer possessed a digital image showing a minor "engaged in sexually explicit conduct."
