A retired U.S. Army helicopter pilot and current aviation accident attorney looks at the investigation into the crash that killed Lakers legend Kobe Bryant, his 13-year-old daughter and seven other people.  The helicopter, flying from Orange County to Thousand Oaks, had been given clearance to fly through thick fog, before it crashed into a mountainside in Calabasas.
