If you've given money to your local Catholic church to be used to help poor and disenfranchised people around the world, there's a pretty good chance that only pennies on the dollar ever actually reached a poor person in need.

California could soon be sounding the alarm on the dangers of the use of THC, the psycho-active chemical in marijuana, for pregnant women.
