Restaurants in Southern California, and all across the country, have had a brutal three months.  Forced to close down in-house dining as the coronavirus was spreading, they've taken tremendous losses; and even after the reopening of the economy, restaurants had to operate under tremendous restrictions.

And then just a few days into that reopening, protests over the death of George Floyd broke out across the country and curfews were issued for most major cities.  Here in LA County, those curfews have touched off a lot of frustrations for small business owners.
