President Trump mulling aggressive action on California's homeless crisis

President Trump has made the issue of homelessness in California personal, as he's used it to attack several of the state's Democratic leaders.  But the White House is reportedly preparing to get more involved, with possible plans to clear out tent cities and relocate homeless people.  We talk with the head of the Union Rescue Mission on Skid Row, who has advised the Trump White House on homeless policy.
