Much of California closed back down: with coronavirus cases surging, most indoor businesses/activities closed in most counties

It's back to the future for most of California:  Governor Gavin Newsom announced that in counties where coronavirus infections and hospitalizations are surging, the shelter in place order is back in business.  That means malls, in-restaurant dining, stores, gyms, salons and more.........for most California counties.......will be closed again.
