A couple of months back federal prosecutors in the Varsity Blues college admissions bribery case reportedly made one last attempt to get actress Lori Loughlin and her husband to take a plea deal on charges they paid bribes and faked records to get their daughters into USC.  Loughlin refused to take a deal and a lot of legal analysts called it the absolute wrong move.

Well now lawyers for Loughlin, and her husband fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, say they've uncovered suppressed evidence that proves her innocence.........essentially claiming they were set up in the Varsity Blues investigation.
