KNX In Depth
Tuesday, September 17th
You're speeding along the Santa Monica boardwalk on your e-scooter with the beach and ocean on one side, and the bluffs on the other...........your hair blowing in the wind, not a care in the world, zooming around pedestrians..........and suddenly as you get close to the pier, your nifty e-scooter slows way down, and then stops!  What gives?!

You've been stopped by a geo-fence.............there are a lot more of them going up in Southern California cities to keep scooter riders in check..........and we'll be going in depth on them.

As President Trump comes to California, talking tough on the state's homelessness epidemic and promising to clean it up, some White House aids have already been having conversations with the LAPD officers' union about an expanded police role in that effort.  So we'll check in with the cops union about those talks.

The city of Carson is preparing to go about as far as legally possible to keep guns off of its streets, considering a gun control ordinance that will effectively allow Carson residents to only keep guns in their homes but nowhere else--we'll go in depth.

It was only a few weeks ago that Jeopardy! host Alex Trebek announced he was winning his fight against pancreatic cancer and had returned to his hosting duties.  But now there's bad news as Trebek will need to undergo chemotherapy......we'll look at how tough it is to beat pancreatic cancer.

Former Trump aid Corey Lewandowski went before the House Judiciary Committee today and both sides didn't seem to accomplish much other than repeat their talking points......we'll go in depth on a contentious hearing.
