The national weather services is calling it a "storm of a lifetime " -- Dangerous Hurricane Florence is on a path that is expected to put millions of people at risk ... there are orders to evacuate but we'll talk to one couple who 'se deciding to stay....

And, on while we're on the topic of destruction -- earthquakes! Structural engineers can easily drive down a Southern California street with the ability to tell which buildings are safe...and which are not so safe in the face of an earthquake...but they're experts -- a proposed bill would create a lists of those unsafe structures so we could all be "in the know."
