In an unusual move, the FBI is warning Americans to reboot routers and install new software patches on their home computers.  A group linked to Russia's military intelligence service may be behind a malware attack that's aimed at individuals.  We'll try to figure out who's winning the 'summit game' ... the president of the United States or the dictator of North Korea.  We ask an expert if disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein, who's been charged with sex crimes, can get a fair trial.  Then later, we are joined in studio by long time political analyst Bill Schneider, whose new book tries to answer the question: how America became ungovernable.
