It's not an easy time to head a big city police department. Some might say you have to be crazy to want to do it.  But someone has to... and some people even look forward to the challenge.  Michel Moore is the LAPD veteran who will meet that challenge in the coming years as the department's newly appointed chief, replacing the retiring Charlie Beck. We speak with the new chief about his plans for the third largest municipal police department in the nation with regard to racism, immigration, community policing, new technology and much more.
