Are Latinos in this country under attack? Latino leaders are pushing back against what they say is the angry and hateful rhetoric toward Latinos and immigrants. Many of them are blaming President Trump for fueling the hate, which they say is leading to fear in their communities. This comes after reports that the El Paso shooter was angry over Latino immigrants in the U.S. What can be done to cool hot words? And is the president really to blame? 

President Trump visited El Paso trying to comfort a devastated and grieving community trying to make sense of the deaths of 22 people in Saturday's mass shooting. The president visited Dayton, Ohio too where people are mourning the deaths of nine people. Not everyone in those two communities want to hear from the president so can he help heal, not just those two cities, but the entire country?

With school starting again soon, parents are out shopping for supplies. One item that's caught their attention lately, and especially the past few days, is the bulletproof backpack. Demand has been growing for these as parents worry about their children's safety. How safe are these? Can they really stop bullets from AR-15s and AK-47s? Teachers have a tough job. It seems to be getting tougher and tougher every year for many reasons. A new poll shows that stress is causing many of them to rethink their career path. But what happens if all those teachers leave? And what can we do to keep them happy?
