American Academy of Pediatrics urges schools to get kids back in the classroom as quickly--and safely--as possible

The last six months has been terribly disruptive for millions of school age kids across the country.  Not only did they have to transition to remote learning, but their sports leagues, summer camps, play dates.....even birthday parties........have all been canceled.  Now, with coronavirus cases spiking across the country, those kids face the prospects of yet another semester of Zoom classrooms and isolation.

The nation's pediatricians have come out with a strong statement in favor of bringing children back to the classroom this fall wherever and whenever they can do so safely.
