After she was first elected, Brea Republican State Senator Ling Ling Chang posted her cell phone number, asking constituents to send her feedback on several issues.  She got that--plus several nude pictures sent from random men; so now she's pairing with the dating app Bumble to criminalize the practice.  But how difficult will it be to enforce a ban of sending unsolicited nude pics?
