UPDATE: Detectives ID Woman, 76, Found Dead in Her Arcadia Backyard, Still Looking for Her Stolen Car

(KNX 1070) -- Authorities have identified the 76-year-old woman who was found dead in the backyard of her Arcadia home yesterday, but it's still unclear exactly what happened to her. 

She was identified as Chyong Jen Tsaia by Sarah Ardalani, the spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner.

"There's no obvious trauma, there is blood around the crime scene, but no trauma that we can determine at the time," Sgt. Richard Biddle of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department told KTLA.

Police say the woman's home had been ransacked and her Lexus SUV is missing. 

It's unknown if anything else was stolen from the home. 

They're not saying exactly how she died, but they are treating it as a murder. 

They're hoping that locating the vehicle will help them track down the killer.

A body was discovered in the backyard of a home on the 300 block of East Forest Avenue in Arcadia Tuesday. 

Arcadia Police Department received the call of a body in their yard. When officers arrived, they found a female in the backyard not breathing.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. 

The motive is unknown, and there is no suspect information at this time.

Investigators discovered the victim’s vehicle is missing and asking for your help in locating it. Her vehicle is a 2005 Lexus RX 300 white CA License plate 5LOG473.
