(KNX 1070) -- As prosecutors plan to seek between four to 10 months of jail time for actress Felicity Huffman for her role in the college admissions scandal, KNX went to the streets of Los Angeles to see what people thought about the actress doing time.

Federal prosecutors announced Monday that the "Desperate Housewives" star will plead guilty to paying an admissions consultant $15,000 to rig her daughter's SAT score.

Huffman will appear in federal court in Boston next month.

Most of the Angelenos we spoke with said they felt that if you do the crime, you should do the time. But there were a couple of exceptions. Two people we spoke with felt that both Huffman and actress Lori Loughlin, also indicted in the scandal,  should spend their time doing community service or some other form of giving back versus jail time.

Netflix officials decided to move the release date of a film starring Huffman.
