(KNX 1070) -- Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide investigators are looking for additional information and leads in the Trinity Love Jones, 9, murder case.

Charges are pending for Taquesta Graham, the mother of Jones, whose body was found partially stuffed into a duffel bag alongside a trail in Hacienda Heights.

Prosecutors are expected to file a murder case against the woman in the death of her daughter.

She was booked on suspicion of murder yesterday after being extradited from Texas last week and being held on an unrelated warrant.

Her boyfriend, Emiel Hunt, is already facing a murder charge in Jones' death and is awaiting arraignment.

Relatives of the Jones are grieving.

"She's looking down on us and we are not going anywhere 'till we get justice," a relative said.

Authorities say they believe Jones was killed March 5. Her body was found a few days later. It's unclear how she died.

The mother of Trinity was extradited to Los Angeles from Texas earlier this week.

Investigators booked 28-year-old Graham at the LA County Sheriff's Norwalk Station and she's being held without bail.

Prosecutors say Hunt has a previous child abuse conviction from 2005 in San Diego County.

If convicted, Hunt faces a sentence of up to 50 years to life in state prison.
