Would You Know How to Use an Oxygen Mask in a Flight Emergency?

A viral photo showed many people on the ill-fated Southwest flight putting their masks on wrong.


LOS ANGELES (KNX1070) - Tuesday's freefall of a Southwest plane after engine failure is a reminder of how important it is to listen to pre-flight emergency instructions. 

CBS travel editor, Peter Greenberg tells KNX how passengers ignore the safety videos and don't read the information cards on airplanes. 

In a viral photo during tense moments when the plane was going down, many passengers had oxygen masks over just their mouths, not their mouths and noses.
