Police and federal agents seized more than 1,000 guns Wednesday at a home in Holmby Hills.

A complaint about someone selling or manufacturing illegal firearms out of a home in Holmby Hills leads to an arrest and the seizure of a massive arsenal.

Detectives with the LAPD and ATF served a search warrant on the house on North Beverly Glen near Sunset Boulevard. Inside, they found quite the stash.

The LAPD has identified the man as Girard Saenz of Los Angeles.

The home where he was arrested is owned by Cynthia Beck, who has three children with J. Paul Getty's son, Gordon. It's unclear at this point, whether there's any connection between Beck and the arms bust.

"Ammunition was piled up in several parts of the rooms. Weapons were laid out on the floor, weapons were stashed in some parts of the rooms, on top of various boxes of other items, household items, in sinks, it was very cluttered," LA Police Lt. Chris Ramirez said

A man who lives next door and says he didn’t really know his neighbor that well.

The man is facing a felony of unlawful transportation giving, lending or selling an assault weapon and will likely face more charges.
