(KNX 1070) -- Three brothers are facing sexual assault charges after allegedly engaging in several years of assault against their younger siblings.

The father and three sons, from Milwaukee, were arrested April 8 after police responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint. When police arrived at the home, one of the alleged victims reported that her sisters and brothers had run away from home after years of abuse and neglect.

The 19-year-old woman helped detectives locate her siblings who had not been attending school and left the home as it was considered a danger to them.

The suspect's father, 62, admitted to police that he had knowledge of the alleged assaults, but dismissed the incidents at the hands of his three sons, ages 20, 27, and 29 as a result of "raging hormones."

The 19-year-old woman told police she'd been assaulted by her 27-year-old brother for a three-year period, beginning when she was 12. Her sister, age 16, told detectives that her abuse began when she was still in diapers and was eventually forced into having oral sex by her 27-year-old brother.

A 12-year-old girl and 14-year-old boy told police they'd both been molested by their three older brothers.

Bail for the father was set at $225,000; his 29-year-old son has a bail of $50,000; the 27-year-old son has a bail of $100,000, and the 20-year-old has a bail of $25,000, according to state records.

The three brothers are charged with multiple felony counts, including repeated first-degree sexual assault of the same child, and first- and second-degree sexual assault of a child or a person younger than 13.

Their father is charged with multiple counts of neglecting a child resulting in a sex offense and bodily harm, and failure to protect a child, according to the records.
