A sleeping passenger left behind after all crew members have left the plane?

That's what seemed to have happened to Air Canada, which has said it is reviewing the matter and followed up with the passenger, according to a story from ABC in Australia.

Tiffani Adams was left behind after she woke up alone after a flight from Quebec to Toronto earlier this month. She recounted the ordeal to her friend, Deanna Noel-Dale, in a Facebook post.

"We are still reviewing this matter so we have no additional details to share, but we have followed up with the customer and remain in contact with her," Air Canada said in the ABC story.

Adams tried to call her friend but her phone had died and because the power was off on the plane, she couldn't call. She said in the ABC story she even found a "walky talky thingys in the cockpit" but that didn't work either.

She finally grabbed the attention of a ground crew member after she leaned out of the plane.

Adams said Air Canada personnel asked if she was ok and offered a limo and hotel, which she declined. Airline reps also apologized.
