Police Searching for Suspect Who Stuffed Bags of Frozen Shrimp in his Pants

The suspect allegedly left a grocery store with numerous bags of frozen shrimp stuffed in his pants.

That's what the Riverside Police Department said in a press release when they arrived at the Vons at 3520 Riverside Plaza Drive Wednesday Dec. 4 and were told a male suspect entered the grocery store three times in about 15 minutes. Each time, he went to the frozen section and allegedly took bags of frozen shrimp, stuffing them into his pants.

The suspect allegedly stole 30 bags of frozen shrimp that were worth more than $500.

The suspect is described as a white male adult, about 50 to 60 years old, gray hair, approximately 5’-10” tall, and between 150 to 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a navy blue sweater, and a tan jacket.
