Costa Mesa police now say there's no credible current threat to Estancia High School, following the arrest of a man and a female juvenile in connection with a social media post that seemed to suggest possible violence at the campus.

The 18-year-old man and the girl who's a student from Estancia High School have not been identified.

That post late Monday night included a picture of what looked like a weapon and police say they found a BB-gun when they went to arrest the two suspects.

Information about the post had been passed along to students at the school and their parents, but there's no word so far of it causing any disruptions to classes.
