Authorities have arrested a 52-year-old Los Angeles Unified School District teacher in connection with an alleged hit-and-run of a cyclist in Silver Lake.

Members of the LA Police Department's Gang and Narcotics Division served a warrant to Molly Hoene, at her home in a gated community in Palm Desert on a felony hit-and-run charge.
