Firefighters Keeping Close Eye on Dry Tinder Brush as Temps Climb

Firefighters will be keeping a close eye on the tinder-dry brush around Southern California today .. with temperatures climbing again. 

But the Los Angeles City fire captain Erik Scott tells KNX these are not red flag conditions because the Santa Ana winds have not begun to blow. 

Scott adds that the new rule allowing homeless camps to be cleared in brush areas is not being triggered because there are no red rlag warnings.
