SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) — A former University of California, Berkeley student has been ordered to stand trial for the alleged sexual assault of two women.

The San Jose Mercury News reports that an Alameda County Superior Court judge ruled Monday that 20-year-old Finn Wolff should stand trial on seven felony counts related to the alleged attacks in November 2017 and March 2019.

Wolff was charged in May with rape, forced oral copulation and other felonies.

Prosecutors say Wolff bit and punched a woman during a March attack at his home and forced her to perform oral sex.

A second woman came forward during the investigation and alleged that in 2017 Wolf bruised, bit and raped her at a fraternity near campus, prosecutors say. His former fraternity expelled him last December.
